Why is there a suitability check first?

The suitability check ensures that your product fits our test catalogue and can be tested according to the DTI test protocol. This helps us avoid incorrect bookings and ensures that only relevant products are included in the test.

What information do I need for the registration?

For the suitability check, a product name, a category, and a link to the product page or a photo of the product are sufficient. Optionally, you can add more images or details. If additional information is required, we will contact you.

How long does the suitability check take?

You will usually receive our feedback within 24 hours on whether your product is suitable for the DTI test protocol.

Are there any costs for the suitability check?

No. The suitability check is free of charge and non-binding. Costs only arise when you officially commission the product test after our approval.

How will I receive the result of the suitability check?

You will receive our feedback directly by email. Suitable products can then be registered for the product test immediately.

What happens if a product is not suitable?

If a product does not fit our test catalogue, you will also receive feedback with a reason. There are no costs for unsuitable products.

Can I submit images or videos later?

Yes. If you did not upload photos during registration, you can send them later by email or via a secure transfer service (e.g., SwissTransfer).
